1. Order Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched after phone call verification.

2. Sale Policy: No claims or exchanges will be entertained during sale periods.

3. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are permitted on full Tag price Items.

4. Exchange Charges: In the event of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for both inbound and outbound courier charges.

5. Size Exchange: Size exchanges are permitted only if the required size is available in stock.

6. Damaged Items: Claims for mishandled cases will not be entertained.

7. Delivery Timing: Delivery time is estimated at 3-8 working days.

8. Product Condition: The company will not accept any used or damaged products for exchange.
